Greetings to Lao armed forces and people during Bunpimay Festival

NDO – A delegation from Thua Thien Hue Provincial Border Guard High Command visited and extended greetings to Lao armed forces and people in the two provinces of Sekong and Salavan, near the Vietnam – Laos border area, on the occasion of the Lao New Year Bunpimay Festival. |
At the A Dot - Ta Vang and Hong Van – Co Tai border gates in A Luoi District, Colonel Dang Minh Tien, Deputy Commander of the Border Guard of Thua Thien Hue Province, conveyed his best new year’s wishes to the Lao border guard soldiers, public security forces and people in the localities. At the meeting, the two sides exchanged on the security and order situation as well as the prevention and control of crimes in the border area over recent time, especially their coordination in Covid-19 prevention and control. In recent days, representatives from the border posts under the Thua Thien – Hue Provincial Border Guard High Command stationed on the Vietnam – Laos border visited and sent greetings to Lao friends at the border gates.
